ok i think womens but what i measured is as follows...16" across shoulder to shoulder , 16" underarm to underarm, 15" from inside tag to bottom while tied and sleeve is 24" from top of shoulder to center of sleeve cut bottom

ah, ok, im a plus size n got this for a daughter who can go either jr or wemons. i guess it all depends on where its made as too the standered size of the ladies there lol and ,oh look, big surprise, its made in China. tks sooo much. (then again, if it was to "all hang out" ....well, u get my meaning . HA HA HA)

Measurements sound like a junior medium to me, normally the underarm to underarm measurement is 18" across :) Just thought i'd help! <3
