ho do these go in? do u have to stretch to like a zero cuz of the double flares or do they unscrew?

They don't unscrew, they are double flared which means both sides are flared out. You don't have to be stretched to a 0g. If you are at a 2g and have give them plenty of healing time then they are easy to slip in. If it is a new stretch that hasn't healed then you would have trouble with them.

When I had mine done I just used captive bead rings or circular barbells, and I got rid of most of those last week:~(
