The picture doesn't begin to show the beauty of this simulated ruby stone atop this beautiful setting with its rich dark hue and dazzling white topaz gems set along the front and back of the Sterling silver band. Along the top of the band are several more cuts of Ruby to add more glimmer.

Thank you Amber. I'm not sure if Sterling silver can be sized. If you are thinking of going down in size then I don't see any issues with that. Sizing up I'm not sure because silver is a soft metal. Thanks for being a fan!!
