No, does not have tags, but you can clearly see that it has never been used. and as far as the brand, it is a no brand bag. You could probably find the exact same purse on Amazon, I mean the same one that's here to see more about it. Hope this helps. It really is a beautiful purse, I just want something a lot bigger. Thank you so much.
