Awww that would be an awesome feeling to now that it made someone feel safe :-) it's a great toy never been played with or anything definitely needs someone to make some memories with it.

Her father is deployed in the marines and has been gone for 8 months this time. She is having trouble sleeping so I am hoping to win this!

No he doesn't talk, you can always buy the voice thing for it at the build a bear work shop and stick it inside they have ones that you can record your own voice for it it's really cute. But this one doesn't have it inside.
