no c the issue isnt wit me its wit the post office. Some people r just now receivin things that i shipped out almost 4 weeks ago. but we did have snow n a holiday season n now have another one comin....so im just lettin people no i ship out the next mailing date. but they dont always receive items in the 2-4 days they expect to.

it depends on how tall, my lil girl was on the short side n it fit her until about a month ago. And she is now a year and 5 months. So i cant lie n say yes but i cant tell u it wont neither.
