Here is another Rue 21 blouse in turquoise. It is made of light rayon/spandex, size small. It has a small cowl drop neck line and delicately designed appliqued on back. (Sorry, for the ugly bra straps lol.) It is gathered up the sides as well as back to accentuate your figure. This is a longer blouse, coming down over your hips. Can be worn as a dress if you dare. Very cute over tights, leggings, pencil skirt, etc. You decide. This has been lightly worn. No damage. May have to iron lightly following dryer. This is very cute on and pictures do it no justice.!!!
