The listing, NINTENDO DS LITE SWITCH N CARRY TRAVEL/PLAY CASE W/MARIO & LUIGI has ended.

Brown faux leather with Mario & Luigi in full color embroidery on the front. Holds a Nintendo DS in a clear sleeve inside with cutouts so you can play without removing it from the case.

Holds 3 games and 2 stylus on the other flap. Snap closure. Belt loop on back has a velcro closure so you can put it on and take it off without removing your belt.

Just got a good look at my not-so-great photos...the white blob in pic #3 is just the tag, not a defect.

***Case says 'Nintendo DS', but the DS Lite fits in it perfectly. I don't think the DS fits in here, but I don't have one to try it.***

I just realized that I didn't really answer your question, Jewels9. I looked up a photo of the original DS and I don't think this would work very well with it.

Interesting! It says Nintendo DS on the closure, but I put a DS Lite in it and it fit perfectly. I looked up the original DS on eBay, and it does not look like it would fit this case. So glad you asked!

I don't have a DSi to try in it, but according to the internet the measurements of each are as follows:
Nintendo DSi: Width 137mm, Length 74.9mm, Thickness 18.9mm
Nintendo DS Lite: Width 133mm, Length 73.9mm, Thickness 21.5mm

The DSi display is 1/4" bigger than the DS Lite. It would probably fit, but I'm not sure how well the buttons would line up with the holes for the control buttons, etc.

All of these video things belonged to my son and I (unfortunately) don't know a lot about them. Your question gave me another excuse to call him (he just moved to Seattle last week), so thanks for that! LOL! He did say he bought it for the DS Lite.
