It is in NEAR excellent condition I can find only a couple hard to see very very small nicks on the back ~ You get the Phone, 110v charger, USB Cable and a key chain stylus (not the original) If "Get it Now" is used you get FREE SHIP and also a NEW 2gb Micro SD card with SD adapter & 2 Movies factory preloaded (Ghostbusters and Youth in Revolt Check PICTURE) Card cold by ATT but movies should work on Verizon, if not, you still get a new 2gb card. and if I can find it a 12V charger. This Phone is a Verizon phone so I can say for sure that unless you have it unlocked you can not use it for any ATT service (as listed thats why I am giving it away). As far as Verizon prepaid you would have to check with Verizon on that. Call them with the Model and specs as listed and they should be able to tell you yes or no, I personally would not take any one elses word on the subject.

you cannot use a verizon phone with ATT unless you know how to install a simcard slot verizon does not take sim cards and the only ones that do are the Blackberry Storm and other world phones, seeing as how this is not a world phone you cannot use it with ATT, T-mobile, or any other SIM CARD CARRIER!
