The listing, USA #1208a 1963 Tagged 5c Flag over White House, mint has ended.

USA stamp from 1963 featuring the Flag over the White House. This is the "tagged" version (appears greenish under UV light due to the extra layer of fluorescent ink).

The 1st picture shows both versions (left is untagged #1208, right is #1208a) as shown under a UV lamp. The 2nd picture shows how it appears under regular daylight.

NOTE: --> You will receive #1208a (the right stamp which glows under UV) only. I'm selling the regular version stamp as a separate lot.

Condition: full gum, mint never hinged, post office fresh

I have several of these stamps, all identical, the scan is representative of what you will receive.

In the mid-1960's they started experimenting with automation that would allow postal equipment to properly "face" the envelopes for cancellation and routing in the equipment. Sensors would detect the UV overprint and allows the machine to turn the envelope properly (assuming that the stamp was properly applied in the upper right hand corner). These days the paper itself glows under UV light, they don't need the special coating anymore.
