The peppers grow big, as you can see from the ruler. They do have a gentle bite to them...but the kids eat them raw with bleu cheese dressing. I stuff them with cream cheese and grill to tame the pepper. Yummy stuffed and wrapped in BACON. The second pic is from the web. You will receive 5 Organic Anaheim Chili Pepper seeds. FREE shipping.

The seeds are collected are from the best peppers on the plant. They are left untouched until they are completely red and fully ripened, then the seeds are collected and air dried. The remaining peppers are picked and become Salsa Verde or bacon wrapped or BBQ'd...yum. Once red, they can be Chili Colorado, or even strung as a decoration and subsequently used for cooking.
