This is a 2012 Crown Royale "Silver" rookie football card for DEVON STILL of the Cincinnati Bengals.
There were only 149 of this card made.
This one is serial numbered #143/149.

Still hasn't been a huge impact player on the field so far, but he has been an impact human being OFF the field. When his daughter was diagnosed with cancer in June 2014, he put his football career on-hold to be with his daughter while she fights for her life. In turn, he's inspired tremendous donations to foundations and his jersey has been donned by everyone from the team's cheerleaders to players from both his own team and other teams, as well as other sports, as professional sports paid tribute to Still's daughter and Still's decision. Still's actual jersey was sold at an auction and raised $1.5 million for pediatric cancer research.
As a cancer survivor myself, I think it's a pretty awesome story.
