EUC Sexy two piece dress size 11 but it runs very small I'd say its more like a size 7 using the dollar bill method Id estimate the waist measures 29 inches. Top has three buttons (should have four the bottom one is missing,) and it ties around the back- the skirt flows to right below the knees it has one button shaped like a flower and zips below it on the side. Name brand is Johnathon Martin purchased at JC Pennys back in the mid 90s other than the missing button on the top there is nothing else wrong . Skirt and top are 100% polyester however doesn't feel like polyester. Actually from the 90s somewhat "vintage" Probably worn a total of 10 times. No holes, rips, or tears.
