Unlike disposable pad wrappers this one doesn't make that awful embarrassing sound when you are changing your pad in a public restroom!This is a reusable cloth pad wrapper, a mini wetbag for your cloth menstrual pads if you will.
It is made out of a single layer of PUL (camo print) that is serged and folded to create a "envelope" wrapper.
Great to keep in your purse w/ a spare cloth pad "just incase" or this can be used for whatever else you like (:
