this phone can be unlocked. we used 1 for straight talk and it worked great! most att and tmobile phones can be used with straight talk. Good luck, nice auction.

You have to have a data plan with this phone it can not be used as pay as you go I tried that but I had to get a contract with mine and this is a 3 G phone, I have this exact phone now so I know everything about it. It also doesn't have a lot of space for games, pics and video's and your limited on the internet meaning it can be slow but I'm used to it already and you are extremely limited with the data I can't play games or music with my data only with Wi-Fi

I have the exact same phone as well, except my microphone stopped working so I can't make phone calls. I've never had any problems with playing games or music on this phone. I've had mine for a few years and mine is a 4G lte.

I use mine mostly for texting, pics, video's and internet but I got angry and threw mine and even broke my Otterbox that I have on my phone which is supposed to be unbreakable
