The above description is from the website. I would describe Charla as a Blue shimmer with a green sheen. It can be applied as one coat over another color to change the value of the color on the nails. Charla can also be applied as 2-3 coats for a nice opaque blue/green sparkle!

It is very pretty I find that I am just not into shimmers right now. I am also listing another one. Zoya gave these away as a promotion and I tried both colors once.

I love Zoya nail polish though, it is the only polish I wear and it must be great since no one else is selling it on Listia!
