The wheels run perfectly. There are some scratches on the underbelly and between the wheels of this item. It would need a new coat of paint that bonds with plastic.

No problem at all.I don't mind painting it and giving it some TLC..It looks good and sturdy and that matter's much more to me than it needing a coat of paint.
