9 1/2 tall and 4 1/2 wide at the widdest part. You can squeeze it together to make it smaller and put it wider to make it wider at the bottom. Hope this helps. I got mine at Home Depot but it was as much as the Lamp then i broke the lamp before I got it fixed..LOL And Your No Bother.
