I agree $7.50 is too much for shipping. Our goal is NOT to make $$ on shipping. We ALL love AND appreciate free shipping but KNOW that it's not always possible so when we DO have to charge we are reasonable in our pricing :) I'll bid if you reduce the cost. It's a hard lesson to learn but we won't get the bids if we don't give a FAIR shipping cost :) Not being nasty just sharing what I've learned :) Wrap the box in brown paper and I bet it won't cost over $3.00 to ship anywhere :) Thanks for understanding :) BTW......... WELCOME to Listia and best wishes to you. :)
it does not have a style name like i said i got it as a gift.. i have never worn it and dont need it just sitting around in my jewerly box anymore.. the only thing on the box is a style number any other name's for it i have no clue
If you look on the side of the box (the white part of the box) there should be a sticker with a name on it- that's the style name. It looks familiar- I think it might be from the Fall 10 book?
also in Michigan the flat rate shipping boxes cost 5.20 for this size to fit into its the vhs shaped priority flat rate box, I come from Michigan originally and was just there a few weeks ago and all post offices in the lower 48 cost the same,so cost for a small flat rate is 5.20 if you want delivery confirmation its an added 70 cents so 5.90 to ship flat rate with delivery confirmation
and in a brown paper wrapper can cost you as much as 11.23 with delivery confirmation, I am from Florida just shipped a necklace to California in a brown wrapper and it cost me 9.87 so flat rate is exactly the way to go same price no matter where it goes
Just an FYI, I would have bid on but won't pay that kind of shipping. You can take it uot of the box, put it in a bubble envelope and ship it for about $2-$3, first class. You may want to review shipping rules for Listia -- we can't always to free shipping, it can get expensive but we do have to be fair.
