I've had this pot for at least 25 years and purchased it at an estate sale, so it's probably much older than that. I used it in re-enactments, and it was great for storing items. For a few years I stored my sewing in it. :)I haven't used it for the last 10+ years, so it's time to find a new home. I'm not sure if the pot is copper or brass colored - the winning bidder can decide.
I taped the top and bottom together, so you see some tape reside on the pot, which should clean up nicely. I didn't clean it up as some people like the shabby look.
Would look GREAT with some fresh flowers in it as a holiday centerpiece.
Sold as is with wear.
