The listing, 16 IN STERLING SILVER NECKLACE has ended.

Up for auction is a beautiful 925 stamped Sterling Silver 16 inch 6mm snake chain necklace. It also measures 1/4 inch which is equivalent to the 6mm in width which is a nice wide necklace. This size is more of a choker style size unless you are thin and have a small neck (unlike me, sigh).
But I have this size and still wear it with my other lengths as a layered look. Great chain to go with one of my pendants!

Is this guaranteed to be silver? Is it only the clasp that is silver?I have been ripped off a few times by that trick and I know that China sells alot of inexpensive silver stamped that way,and my jeweler notices by testing it that the items are only plated,with a silver clasp that is stamped?

I didn't get it from China but I didn't have it tested. I go to auctions but i know the auctioneer just said Sterling and they don't say anything about whether or not it's been tested. I trusted the stamp

You dont need to go to china they're all over on eBay,so you have to be careful.Usually they are seriously under priced,so you can tell.

Thanks but I've already explained where I bought it and it is indeed 100% 925 Sterling Silver. I tested it for my own peace of mind even though I fully trust the gentleman I receive my jewelry from and it fell off the magnet.
