I haven't counted the points but you can see that it is a large piece. I've had it for many years and recently acquired another one that is darker and decided that I don't need two of them. You can do as I have and keep it as it is or you can break it up for jewelry making. Lots and lots of crystal points here. If you have a way to slice it you can get a number of nice slices. As you can see from the dime. This is a huge piece of crystal. All natural. Just like it came . Actually, a good cleaning by a knowledgeable person would probably work wonders.
