Pandora pre-made necklace. Has 22 charms and spacers on it. I purchased this a few months ago, and haven't found a use for it. Has both bear & gem charms on it.

It doesn't have any marking on it. I didn't even think to look before people started asking. I believe it's made from stainless steel though.
