It does not give you internet. It allows you to use a telephon when the line is in use.

If It Has Been Activated Before, It CANNOT Be reused! I just went through this with one I purchased off EBAY. Magic Jack WILL NOT Turn it on in anyone elses name. Basically If its used Unless YOU reactivate it, it is Null and No Good! Sorry, for the bubble pop, but trying to save You and the Buyer a lot of Headaches
