It has been a very long time since I have looked at baby items. Is this used to carry your baby in by wearing it as a sling or what? I'm just old and don't understand how it is used. Thanks!

Yeah it goes around you on your shoulder and the baby sits in it nice when traveling i used it a few times helps support baby's weight they get heavy
