the doll weighs about 2-3 lbs, the head circumference is 11 and 1/2, and wears doll clothes or preemie clothes, is 8 1/2 inches from neck to ankles, head is attached to body with a plastic ring, body is 11 around the middle, shoulder to shoulder is 5 inches, 4" chest. I hope this answers your questions, thanks for asking, the doll has a preemie body shirt, I just didn't show it in pic, It has a garanimals preemie t-shirt with snap between legs, and it fits pretty close.
