Not sure if the software needs to be reinstalled on it or not. Great for someone knowledgeable who can fix it. Can you still put pictures in it even though it's broken

It boots up but I think the software needs reinstalled so no I cannot load any pictures onto it. It is still under warranty but I was on the phone with Pandigital for over an hour and they hung up on me it just isn't worth it to me. If someone knows how to fix it it will be great otherwise I wouldn't bid on it.

when pluged into a computer it should show up as a removable disk, have u tried connecting it and reformating it? it could have a corrupted file saved on it.

Yes it shows up as a removeable disk. If I format it I think I will lose it all I am just leaving it alone and maybe someone on Listia can get it fixed or fix it themselves. thanks

I just got off of the phone with Pandigital and they said that there is no way to fix it yourself. They told me that the origional registered buyer could send it in with the receipt of purchase and they would send a new one by mail. They said that they do not fix them and send them back . They just send a new one. SO......If you have the receipt and you have not registered it in any way where you bought it , or online, Or if you did not purchase it with a credit card where they can see who did purchase it then you can send the buyer the receipt of purchase and they can send it in to get a replacement.

It never had any software for it brand new it is plug and play.

It will not show pictures with the sd card in or with the internal memory card.

Try to call the company who makes it and see if they can tell you what you can do to get it to run right and if you can find out something I will bid on this for sure.

You may be able to find the software online to reinstall on it or the company may be able to send you a disk or something to do it.
