This a relisting. The previous winner never paid the shipping fee at the time so, per listia dispute, she did not recieve a refund or the item. So this is now your gain! Lol.

Comes with a little clear plastic/rubbery pouch. Has the Certificate of Autenticity and the coin is in a hard plastic protective case.(shell).

Yes it's free. The first time I listed it, I had a shipping fee and the winner never paid. So it's relisted for free this time
