Please see picture #3 which shows scratch mark on screen this was caused by being kept in pocket other then that phone is in perfect condition

I don't believe so you need to purchase the straight talk prepaid cards, but it does off of Verizon towers

You can find this in your settings. You would go into your settings and my phone says "about phone" and it gives me all the numbers and its normally at the bottom of the list. But you should be able to find it in the settings. Thanks!
