It will run windows 2000 and above. I have tested windows 98 on a hyper threaded CPU and failed.

It wont run any 9x version of windows due to hyper threading

Is the cpu speed 3GHz? Also would this also be compatable with 32 bit?

Yes this is 3 Ghz. The Pentium CPUs can run in 16bit, 32bit, 64bit modes depending on the operating system software.
