If you are a first time winner of Shungite from me, I always send instructions on how to clean Shungite, I send sea salt, latex gloves, and a toothbrush because "raw shungite" is messy. Only thing I don't send is the distilled water for cleaning / cleansing the Shungite. PLUS if GIN is used, I always send a bonus
