This is an 8"x 10" painting of a book with daisy and reading glasses, great gift for a Bibliophile!! (Art collector or anyone really!) . it's perfect and ready to go into a readymade frame!(Not included) I've collected art (I am an artist) for most of my life! Now I've giving many things away! I did coat this with an acid free varnish to protect it from fading. You can see it's very well done , but I don't know who painted it! It seems to have a signature (possibly but much too dark to read, right under the stem of the flower.It's one a hard piece of masonite , so my guess is . it was painted in the 1950's or later. It has some texture underneath so who knows! Maybe a hidden painting by a famous artist? Your guess is as good as mine! Lol! I'm starting this auction a zero! But I would appreciate some help with shipping but if you are bidding on others of my auctions , I can combine, or want a GIN (at a reasonable amount ) I will offer free shipping! (25,000 or more credits will net free shipping- I get charged to do GIN's) so otherwise it's $5.80 for shipping and I do take Paypal!
