This is a * confusing postcard * my best guess is 1915 - 1916...

~ The back of it shows the Divided.. as that didn't start until 1907
~ it states Copyright of pictures 1904 by K. Witkoski - Whistling Boy
(if you notice in the last picture K. Witkoski (Karl Witkoski) painted this picture but named the picture "See the Conquering Hero Comes".. not Whistling Boy)
~ The White Border on the postcard shows about 1915+.. (but TP & Company was only in business til 1916)
~ The stamp on the back Requires one cent ..
