On the reverse side is pictured the New York New York Casino Logo with the Mint Mark "g" and stamped .999 Fine Silver. At the top is inscribed " The Greatest City in Las Vegas" and at the bottom is inscribed "Celebrates the New Millennium".

On the front rim of the token it is printed "Limited Edition Ten Dollar Gaming Token New York New York ".
