i don't know who made it, it was given to me as a gift from a friends daughter because i used to collect wishnicks. i had over 50 of them that were about 50 years old that i sold. i have had him about 7 years or so. i have a couple halloween ones that when i find i will put up for auction. i hope this helps. :)
