My tree is a crab apple/berry type of tree & I love taking picks. When I cut it back I soak the flowers in cold water for about 10 minutes then put on the patio which fills the houe with the wonderful fragrance. The yoshino trees are soooo cool & I could spend all day looking at them as I am terrible artist..lol..

By putting them in cold water does it keep them longer? Does it cause the nutrients to shoot to the blossom?

This looks like a tree in my yard that blooms these gorgeous white flowers every year. Absolutely love all your tree"s :)

Thank you! Aww my favorite type of trees in any color. I have many cherry blossom and yoshino trees close to me I love photographing them. They've invaded my art lol for a while there all I would draw were their beautiful twisting branches and blossoms :)
