I got this watch at an estate sale. I purchased a very old solid silver jewelry box and all the jewelry inside. The watch needs a battery and 1 pin to seal the band. Should only be about 3 dollars to get these 2 items. I cant find this watch anywhere on the net so I know nothing about it. Here's what the back says:

I hope this helps. I think it is old but not that old as it is does use a battery and most very old watches are windup. The band has a beautiful petina with lots of colors like an old coin would look. If you dont like the petina, a little jewelry cleaner gets rid of it in seconds.
