Exquisite sapphire ring on 10K White Gold. Sapphire may be the birthstone for September birthdays but with a stone as exquisite as this, I'd overlook that fact and wear it for its sheer beauty! Ring is a size 8.

It's not advisable on a gold filled ring because it's very easy for the jeweler to burn through the metal that the gold is filled over and it's impossible to repair after that. As a matter of fact most jewelers won't even touch it. Plus it's not worth the average $50 expense. Probably not what you wanted to hear but I will never steer you wrong

It is a sapphire stone, it can sometimes be rather difficult to get the coloring right thru the camera's lens. When looking at the stone you can see the light and dark facets of the stone.
