device has 1 data (green) port, 1 phone line port, 4 Ethernet ports, WIFI-enabled 1 touch setup button for worry free installation, reset port, power cord, 2 phone line filters, 1 dual; phone line;dsl filter, 1-4' Ethernet cable( yellow), 1-4' data cable,( green) and sliding base. I ran my desktop computer; internet,(majicjack) phone and all-in-one printer, scanner faq directly out of the modem and 5 T.V's w/ dish service, 3 tablets, 2 laptops ans 3 smartphones over WIFI at any given time without any interruption or slow speeds. My home is 2 story my office is at the farthest to the top the modem was connected to the phone line at the furthermost end of my basement. Given this distance and obstructions, not to mention the number of devices running , one would think that there would be dropped signals, or slow streaming, (lots of buffering) or long downloads but, not at all. This device would go as fast as the equipment running it would give it. Due to the software i run for my engineering classes; Revitt, Autocad and Microsoft Project, i have upgraded my work computer to compensate for these extremely large programming tools. in the course of the upgrade i received a newer, more suited to my gear modem, the modem i am placing here is easier to run,(one touch worry free set-up) and a more streamlined unit than the new one. Just because it can handle the paces i was putting it through doesn't mean it was designed to, and i am sure if i had kept up the scheduled regime of work i put it through it would eventually wear. so, i believe it will give someone above satisfactory performance.
