This dress has been lightly worn. It has a deep v shame in front and back. No conservative enough for me. Too much bust showing. This dress is a med. Sorry, not tagged, but I know this is the size. It sits just above the knee and is cool for the summer. Pleated in the front under bust. This is made of contton and spandex and is very comfy. Purchased at Forever 21. Paypal only. Sorry no cc. yes ma'am, i can work with you. It all depends on the weight. Sometimes, I do not charge for shipping for some items of clothing. For instance, I've got some tights up for auction, I believe I'm sending for free. I also just sold pretty light over dress sweaters, I didn't charge for. My jewelry is all shipped for free. You're ralot younger than I, so most of these items I've had in my closet for awhile thinking I would like to wear them, but really too old anymore to look like I'm still in my 30's....heheheh....Oh, if I was in my 30's again...LOL I love clothes, can you tell, but need to dress my age, now....
