I really have no idea what to call this yarn. All I know is that you can make those frilly scarves with it. I hope that 12 yards is enough. There is more than 12 yards, but not enough to call it 13.

It would be enough to make something small or to add decoration to something. I'm thinking a frilly phone case.

I really don't know, that is why I put the measurements on the listing. I think you would have to ask somebody if 12 yards is enough. Thank you for asking and have a wonderful day!

I use about 15 yards to crochet a scarf around 50" long. This would make a shorter style scarf if crocheted, I think knitted method uses more yarn.
