does this one have updated software? I have a lg dare now, and it shuts off from time to time. took it to verizon cuz it wasnt the battery, and they told me it was because the software couldnt be updated on my phone. I am still using the phone cuz i LOOOOVVVVEEEE it, but i would DEFINITELY love one that works right!! Watching!
