I Recently Started Meditations as it's been yr.s for me.
I Clearly have a Presence here in my house. I Lived here six year's Now.

It is Not a Bad or dangerous Spirit. Doesn't appear to be.

Since I recieved These Chevrons in the Mail a couple weeks ago. The Strange Noises and Movements have Gotten Louder, More often & More Clear, and Noticeable.

My Question is.How do i try and Communicate with? To try and Help them or find out... Is it My Guardian Angel? Or Whatever. Hope to get some Understanding, from a Fellow Listan. Msg. Me here Please! Tyvm!
