No it's not cracked a clean Edna means it is not a stolen phone number can work on about any network and I can not get iT to charge you have to mess with it to get it to work it could be a loose charging port

Mine would only charge with a Samsung charger, never had a problem with any other galaxy but that one and I am on a single now , good luck

besides the charging issues, when it does work, it's all good? when you got it to charge did you have play with it (wiggle it some?) BTW how did you get it to work without a charger? thanks, F&W oh! do you accept Paypal? Thanks again

Some Radio Shack locations have repair service for this problem for about $50.00 or if you are skilled at soldering there are some good videos showing how to do it yourself. You can resolder the original part or replace it for about 5 bucks and swap it yourself, but from the video's it looks like you need to buy some costly equipment if you don't already have it.
