Have one netbook it is in good working order and will get online, but it does have some issues it won't let you get your email,or go to facebook, for some reason,maybe some one out there knows more about this then me .Happy bidding!

Windows CE is an embedded OS for portable systems, netbooks, I.C.E. and etc - Not a bad OS for what it is - as for the Netflix question above....this would really struggle with streaming.

aladyinneed u dont have to have wireless internet service just a wireless connection to hit off if say ur neighbor has wireless and u can hit the signal as long as it is password protected or encripted or u have the [password or cade using wifi ull have internet

sounds like it can been fixed have you done disk cleanup and defragment on it and can it be changed to windows xp

The Windows CE OS was mainly used on Windows phones prior to Windows 7 phones. And also little Netbooks like this.
