Buyers may take their credits and go elsewhere because you did not answer a question, especially if you are new as it can make your auction look like a scam (because you have no experience or feedback for us to go on). Besides, it's just bad business to ignore your patrons. I realize we are all very busy at this particular time, but when we have auctions going that, potentially, are going to end soon, it is particularly crucial that we respond to questions and comments in a timely manner (also, buyers may be watching another similar product at the same time and need to know whether to get yours or the other one) and then continue this good communication throughout the process of the sale, through to the end.
