If they were real it would probably be made of solid gold,not gold filled! i have never had them checked!

I dont think so! as I said above I dont think any one would put real sapphirtes in a gold filled broach! back then,if you could afford sapphires and diamonds,you would also have them in solid gold jewelry! gold filled and plated gold is the same!

No ! just copied what was on the back! 1/20 th gold filled and phillis ! there is one small white stone missing but it is a little round one and you cant see it from far off!
