Zara Basic Jeans "Deluxe Vintage Collection" in great condition- no rips, tears, holes, stains, or fading. They do need to be ironed, though. I wore them once, but they were much too tight on me, so my loss is your gain! (They did look super cute on, despite the fact they cut off my circulation lol)

The Zara website calls them "Skinny Trousers" in beige, though it's more of a light camel color and they fit more like jeans than trousers. Both legs have 5" zippers on the cuffs. They retail for $69.90

Measurements:
26" waist, 37" hips (according to the site)
29" measured around the waist band by me
27½" inseam
8½" rise in the front, 10" rise in the back
