That would be your high bid. The bid only goes up how much it has to, to out bid the other bidder. It will keep going up as people bid until it reaches your high bid or someone outbids your high bid.

You cant cancel a bid. It's easy to verify your address and no one will ship to you without it. After you win an auction it will bring you through it step by step.
