This is used but mostly was just taken out of the box, not really used. It doesn't come with cords, card or instructions.
It takes a micro sd card, and also has a radio and a pull up antenna. You can probably download the manual at ematic.com

doesn't have wifi that i know of. It comes with a battery you recharge usb cord. it takes the camera size usb. I don't think you have to buy software. you can read more about it here... https://ematic.us/shop/em614cam.html

So it doesnt take a special cord i can use one of my camera usbs i dont have one special for this
